Meeting with the company «Özka Lastik»

The team members of the company EUROCHIM paid an official visit to the plants of the company “Özka Lastik”, which are located in Izmit, the second largest industrial center of Turkey. “Özka Lastik” does business since 1991, and in 2007 the company started building four tyre plants. There are 1300 people working at the plants. The plants are fitted with the most modern equipment. Tyres are manufactured using raw materials supplied from Europe.

To this date, the company EUROCHIM has been cooperating with “Özka Lastik” for four years. The representatives of “Özka Lastik” gave our specialists a very warm welcome, led them to the production site, told about the key technological operations, and showed the warehouse of impressive capacity. Shipments of tyres from the plants are performed uninterruptedly, as the products are in great demand in Europe.

The purpose of the meeting between EUROCHIM and “Özka Lastik” was to negotiate an increase in purchase volume on the part of our company. The discussion was held with the International Sales and Marketing Manager Ahmet Çoban. Tyres of the premium brand GTK, famous for their excellent operational characteristics, were the topic of discussion. The desired agreements were reached as a result of the meeting. The company EUROCHIM received the dealer certificate of “Özka Lastik”, which is valid until the end of 2024.

This meeting certainly was a valuable contribution to building a long-term and productive relationship between EUROCHIM and “Özka Lastik”.
