Privacy Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Regulation on the policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is an official document of SPS EUROCHIM, located at the following address:
Russia, 198095, St. Petersburg, Mitrofanyevskoe highway, 6A, letter D (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" / "Operator"), and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) using features, information, services, programs (including loyalty programs) located on the domain name eurochimgroup.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

Observance of confidentiality is important for the Company, because the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the protection of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen during the processing of his personal data, including the defense of the rights for the protection  of privacy, personal and family secrets, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
We have developed a Privacy Policy that describes how we process personal data - any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Relations connected with the processing of personal data and information about users of the Site are governed by these Regulations, other official documents of the Operator and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The processing of personal data is performed by us on a legitimate and equitable basis, acting reasonably and in good faith and on the basis of the principles:

• legality of purposes and methods of personal data processing;
• conscientiousness;
• compliance of the personal data processing purposes with the purposes determined and declared in advance during the collection of personal data, as well as the authority of the Company;
• compliance of volume and nature of personal data being processed, personal data processing methods with the purposes of personal data processing 

This Privacy Policy governs any kind of processing of personal data and personal information (any information allowing to establish identity and any other information related to it) about individuals who are consumers of the Company's products or services.

This Policy applies to the processing of private, personal data collected by any means, both active and passive, both via the Internet and without its use, from persons located anywhere in the world.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of personal data processing is to fulfill the obligations of the Operator in front of the Users in relation to the use of the Site and its features.

The processing of personal data of users is performed with the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data.

Personal data refers to any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data) and which can be used to identify a specific person or communicate with him.

The Operator has the right, in particular, to request from the User a copy of an identity document or other document containing name, surname, photograph of the User, as well as other additional data that, at the discretion of the Operator, will be necessary and sufficient for the identification of such User and will allow to exclude the abuse and violation of the rights of third parties.

When you involve other people in our events and activities or invite them to communicate with us, the Company may collect the personal data of these persons provided by you, such as: first name, last name, date of birth, postal address, email address and telephone number.
When processing personal data, we ensure the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing.

3. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of Users is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except cases when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of legal requirements.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal data we collect allows us to send you notifications about new products, special offers and various events. They also help us improve our services, content and communications. If you do not wish to be included in our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time by informing us with help of the specified contacts for feedback, as well as adjusting your profile settings on the site.

From time to time, we may use your personal data to send important notifications containing information about changes to our terms, conditions and policies, as well as confirming orders placed by you and purchases made. As such information is important for your relationship with the Company, you cannot refuse from receiving such messages.

COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

We also collect personal data that is not private - data that does not allow it to be directly associated with some specific person. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are examples of the non-personal information we collect and the ways we may use it:

We may collect personal data such as: information on occupation, language, zip code, unique device identifier, location and time zone, in which a particular product is used, in order to understand consumer behavior better and improve our products, services and communications.

We may also collect personal data/information about what the user is interested in on our website when using our other products and services. This personal data/information is collected and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and understand, which parts of our site, products and services are the most interesting. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, accumulated data is treated as non-personal data/information.

If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such accumulated information will be considered as personal information for as long as such information is combined.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for by these Rules.

The processing of the User's personal data is performed without time limit, in any legal way, including processing in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without using such tools.

The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, etc., solely for the purposes specified in the section "Personal Data Collection" of this Privacy Policy.

Upon a directive from the User or with the consent of the User, it is possible to transfer the User's personal data to third parties, which are the contracting parties of the Operator, provided that such contracting parties undertake obligations to ensure the confidentiality of the received information, in particular, when using applications.
Applications used by Users on the Site are hosted and maintained by third parties (developers) who act independently of the Operator and do not act on behalf of or at the instruction of the Operator.

Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the rules for the provision of services and the personal data protection policy of such third parties (developers) independently before using the respective applications.

The User's personal data may be transferred at the request of the competent public authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator blocks personal data relating to a certain User for the period of verification, when application or request is received from the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, in case inaccurate personal data or illegal actions are revealed.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

In some cases, the Company may provide certain personal information and data to strategic partners, which work with the Company to provide products and services, or to those of them, which help the Company sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the required service or complete the necessary transaction.

Personal information will be provided by the Company only for the purpose of providing consumers with products and services, and in order to improve these products and services, as well as communications related to them. Such information will not be provided to third parties for their marketing purposes.

In order to use your personal data for any other purpose, we will ask for your Consent to the processing of your personal data.

The Company provides personal data/information to Companies providing such services as: information processing, credit provision, fulfillment of consumer orders, delivery, other types of customer service, determination of your interest to our products and services, conduct of surveys aimed at studying our consumers or satisfaction with service quality. Such companies are committed to protecting your information independently of the country where they are located.

OTHER PERSONS

It may be necessary for the Company – in accordance with law, legal process, during legal proceedings and/or based on public requests or requests from government agencies in or outside the country of your residence – to disclose your personal data. We may also disclose personal data/information about you if we determine that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate for purposes of national security, law enforcement or other socially important cases.

We may also disclose personal data/information about you if we determine that disclosure is necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our business and our users. Additionally, in the event of reorganization, merger or sale, we may transfer any or all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

5. DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The User's personal data is destroyed when:

the personal data subject withdraws the consent to the processing of personal data.

IDENTITY FILES (COOKIES) AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

The website, interactive services and applications, e-mail messages and any other communications on behalf of the Company may use identity files cookies and other technologies, such as: pixel tags, web beacons. Such technologies help us understand user behavior better, tell us, which parts of our site were visited by Users, and measure the effectiveness of advertising and online searches. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information.

Our goal in such cases is to provide a more convenient and personal interaction with the Company. For example, knowing your name, we can use it in our communications. The Company takes precautions - including legal, organizational, administrative, technical and physical - in order to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with Art. 19 of the Federal Law dd. July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", in order to ensure the protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of the third parties.

When you use some of the Company's products, services or applications, or post on forums, in chats or social networking sites, the personal data you provide is visible to other users and may be read, collected or used by them. In such cases, you are solely responsible for the personal data you prefer to provide. For example, if you include your name and email address in a forum post, such information is public. Please take precautions when using such functions.

INTEGRITY AND PRESERVATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By interacting with the Company, you can easily keep your personal data and information up to date. We will keep your personal data and information during the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, with the exception of cases when a longer period of data and information storage is required or permitted in accordance with the legislation.

We do not collect personal information about minors. If we become aware that we have received personal information about a minor, we will take measures to delete such information as soon as possible.

We strongly encourage parents and other persons, under whose supervision minors are (legal representatives - parents, adoptive parents or guardians), to control the way minors use websites.

THIRD PARTY SITES AND SERVICES

The Company's websites, products, applications and services may contain links to websites, products and services of third parties. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services of third parties. Personal data and information collected by third parties, which may include such information as location data or contact information, is governed by the privacy policy of such third parties. We encourage you to study the privacy policy of such third parties.

The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or the Site Services, acquired access to information about the User, and for the consequences of using data and information that, due to the nature of the Site, are available to any Internet user.

OBSERVANCE OF YOUR PRIVACY AT A COMPANY LEVEL

In order to ensure that your personal data is safe, we communicate confidentiality and security rules to Company employees and strictly enforce observance of confidentiality within the Company.

7. INQUIRIES FROM USERS

The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator.

Users have the right to send their requests to the Operator, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, sending a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in writing to the address specified in the General Provisions section of this regulation, or in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and sent using the form by e-mail OFFICE@EHIM.SPB.SU

The request sent by the User must comply with the requirements established by the Rules for submitting applications to the Support Service, namely, contain:

• number of the main identity document of the user or his representative;
• information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
• information confirming the participation of the User in relations with the Operator;
• signature of the User or his representative;
• E-mail address;
• contact number.

The Operator undertakes to consider the User's request and send a response to it within 30 days from the date of request receipt.

OTHER

In all other respects, which are not directly reflected in the Privacy Policy, the Company undertakes to be guided by the norms and provisions of the Federal Law dd. July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The visitor of the Company's website, who provides his personal data and information, thereby agrees with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the Policy at any time at its discretion in order to further improve the system of protection against unauthorized access to personal data reported by Users without the consent of the User. When we introduce significant changes to the Privacy Policy, a corresponding notification along with the updated version of the Privacy Policy is posted on our website.

This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
