Meetings with “Siddharth Industries” and Russian partners

EUROCHIM acquired the status of the official distributor of “Siddharth Industries”, a major Indian manufacturer of chemicals. In August this year, the team members of commercial departments of EUROCHIM held a series of meetings in Moscow and Kazan with the Marketing Director of Siddharth Industries – Siddharth Khemka and several loyal customers of EUROCHIM.

The meetings were dedicated to technical issues and commercial aspects of interaction between companies. Our customers got answers to all their questions concerning the product directly from the manufacturer. The consultations received at the meeting helped our customers to solve a set of technological problems. Siddharth Khemka was glad to see such active involvement of customers into the discussion of the product and its technical properties.

The companies also discussed their plans for the purchasing of raw materials for the closest several quarters. All three parties participated in the discussion, which allowed to make the planning as accurate as possible. The supplier got an idea about the purchase volumes of our customers and confidence in the intention of EUROCHIM to order large batches of goods. EUROCHIM has proven itself to be a reliable supplier, which takes care of the interests of its partners. Our specialists expressed and actually confirmed their readiness to provide customers with comprehensive support, from the moment of ordering and until the goods arrive to the buyer’s warehouse. All organizational issues were clarified.

One of the main outcomes the participants managed to achieve during the negotiations was the establishment of trusting relationships between each other, which will certainly contribute to the efficient conduct of business.
